HVAC Technician

Overview

We are looking for an organized, reliable in-house Maintenance Technician to join our engineering team responsible for general upkeep of Elite sport club health club facilities. Primary responsibilities will be HVAC. Must have knowledge and a minimum of 3 years of experience in Air handlers, RTUs and the controls. Candidate will also perform a wide variety of semi-skilled building maintenance, general labor and light repair tasks, and any related duties as required.

Specific knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems is also required. Applicant must possess a working knowledge of building operational systems to ensure maximum uptime on all systems and equipment. Works autonomously on regular PM tasks and HVAC system upkeep as part of a larger facility maintenance team.

• Maintain general upkeep of Elite sport club health club facilities.
• Perform HVAC maintenance, including work on air handlers, RTUs, and related controls.
• Carry out a wide variety of semi-skilled building maintenance, general labor and light repair tasks.
• Support preventive maintenance (PM) tasks and ensure maximum uptime on all systems and equipment.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with air handlers, RTUs, and controls.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Working knowledge of building operational systems and ability to work autonomously within a facility maintenance team.
• Experience with preventive maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems.
