Concrete Polisher

We're looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Concrete Polisher! This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in restoration and floor care, learn valuable trade skills, and become a true craftsman. This job requires travel and the ability to stay overnight in a hotel when necessary. Employees receive a $45 per diem for each overnight stay, and hotel accommodations are fully covered by the company.

As a Concrete Polisher, you'll work in a team to restore and polish floors at a variety of locations, including retail stores, commercial buildings, and specialty spaces. Our projects involve grinding and polishing concrete, as well as working with marble and other flooring types. Each job offers an opportunity to expand your skillset and take pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship.

• Polish, grind, and restore concrete, marble, and other floor surfaces using professional equipment
• Travel to various job sites throughout Wisconsin and Illinois (hotel stays and $45/day per diem provided)
• Communicate with clients during site visits and ensure satisfaction with the finished product
• Work in a team environment to complete jobs safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail
• Follow safety procedures and maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism

• Sunday night through Friday, 9:00pm to 6:00am
• Saturdays off, must be available for Sunday night shifts

• Hardworking, reliable individuals with attention to detail
• Experience in cleaning, concrete work, construction, or restoration is helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidates
• Able to perform physical labor and work on your feet for long hours
• Comfortable working on a team and occasionally communicating with clients
• Must have a clean driver's license

• $17-$20/hour
