Vaco Atlanta is working with an impressive client in the Brookhaven area of Atlanta, GA in their search for a Claims Customer Service Representative
. This individual is the main point of contact in charge of providing support to policy holders and providers which includes answering questions related to claims, benefits and policy provisions.

Only candidates who live in the Atlanta metropolitan area will be considered, as in‑office work is required.

$45,000.00 per year – $50,000.00 per year

Provide customer support for policy holders and providers, answering questions regarding claims, benefits and policy provisions while ensuring resolution within a single call whenever possible.

• 2+ years of customer service experience in a high-volume phone setting.
• Excellent verbal communication and problem‑solving skills, with an empathetic and patient demeanor.
• Ability to resolve customer issues within a single call whenever possible.
• Thorough understanding of healthcare and the insurance claim process, especially Medicare Supplement insurance policies.
• Comfortable working with multiple systems to update customer information and record transaction details.
