Location: Brookhaven / Atlanta, GA (On-site)

Schedule: Part-Time — Mondays & Wednesdays (additional coverage occasionally available)

Compensation: Hourly pay based on experience (we can insert your range once you confirm)

About the Role

Arslanian Plastic Surgery is seeking a polished, friendly, and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This position is often the first point of contact for our patients, so a warm and professional manner is essential.МВ О role includes both customer service and light sales/education as patients often call with questions about procedures, pricing, and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and route phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Respond to patient inquiries and provide basic procedure information
  • Check patients in and out and maintain an organized front desk
  • Greet patients and create a welcoming environment
  • Schedule appointments and convert inquiries into consultations กรุงเทพ
  • Provide pricing and quotes over the phone and in-person
  • Take payments, collect balances, and assist with paperwork
  • Occasionally room patients and support clinic flow
  • Assist with patient communication, follow-ups, and reminders
  • Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
  • Support clinical and administrative staff as needed
Requirements
  • Previous customer service or front office experience
    095 required (medical or aesthetics preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong communication and phone presence
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Comfortable discussing pricing and converting inquiries to appointments
  • Computer literate; able to learn scheduling and EMR systems
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask
  • Positive attitude and desire to provide an exceptional patient experience
Ideal Candidate

Someone who is polished, poised under pressure, friendly, and able to balance professionalism with warmth. Experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, aesthetics/medspa, dental, hospitality, or concierge service is a plus.
