We are currently hiring for host positions in our dining rooms which service our members; both part-time and full-time opportunities are available.

Founded in 1883, Capital City Club is one of the oldest private clubs in the South. Located in the historic Brookhaven neighborhood of Atlanta, Capital City Club Brookhaven is home to a majestic 18-hole golf course, multiple unique dining venues, and world-class swim, tennis, and fitness facilities. We are currently hiring for host
. We have positions open for both part-time and full-time employment. These positions are in our dining rooms which service our members.

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum one year of experience as host/hostess or a customer service role. Experience in private clubs and/or fine dining a plus
• Attention to detail and ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision
• Ability to accurately read and input data into our reservation/point-of-sale system
• A high-energy and fun-loving personality with a positive attitude

Shifts vary, but applicants must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Part-time applicants should commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week and full-time applicants a minimum of 30 hours per week.

• Greet and seat members in a timely fashion and assist them to their table(s).
• Conduct walk-throughs of dining room areas and check for defects, ensuring seating arrangements are in order.
• Check reservation lists and make any necessary callbacks.
• Communicate with servers and managers about when reservations arrive and if any other edits are made.
• Always assist members and other staff whenever possible – including assisting with running food, beverage service, clearing tables, and any other tasks that may benefit from your assistance.
