- Seven years of experience in Technology preferred
- Two years of experience as a technical lead preferred
- Experience with administration and configuration skills for the Microsoft 365 suite
- Experience with the ITIL Release Management principles and building a program around those principles
- Microsoft 365 Certified:
Enterprise Administrator Expert
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or its equivalent in work experience, plus seven years of experience in Technology is preferred
- Alternatively, a Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field and five years of work experience in Technology
- No professional certifications required
- Lifecycle Management of the M365 environment
- Software license maintenance and tracking
- Prior experience migrating to Microsoft 365 and a proven ability to evaluate the current environment and develop technical and business processes
- Creating and maintaining documentation for the Microsoft 365 environment
- Practical knowledge of Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS), Windows Server, Azure, and Microsoft 365 solutions
- Azure AD Connect/AD FS experience in an enterprise environment
- Security compliance
- Backend SharePoint support
- Backend MS Teams support
- Strong knowledge of Power Shell scripting
- Self-motivation and the ability to multi-task and balance multiple goals and priorities
- Ability to work in a team environment; strong interpersonal skills and adaptability are a must
- Ability to maintain open and constant communication
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Provide technical expertise on Microsoft 365 services:
Office
365, One Drive, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Azure Active Directory - Responsible for administration with Microsoft 365 applications (Microsoft Teams, One Drive, etc.).
- Responsible for administration and configuration in Azure AD design, development, networking, and integration.
- Responsible for partnering with appropriate teams to research and implement advanced functions of Microsoft 365.
- Responsible for analyzing and developing innovative resolutions for complex problems involving performance at the system level.
- Responsible for providing technical guidance to project teams, ensuring new initiatives are appropriately vetted/considered/enabled and work to build, leverage and maintain effective partnerships across the technical and business community.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate documentation of processes for areas of responsibility.
