Hospice RN – Home Health North Druid Hills, GA | Full-Time

Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) looking to make a meaningful impact in patients’ lives? We are seeking a dedicated Hospice RN to provide exceptional home-based care in the North Druid Hills area of Atlanta. This role offers the opportunity to support patients and their families with expert pain management, emotional support, and end-of-life care in the comfort of their homes.

• Provide hands‑on hospice nursing care in patients’ homes
• Develop and manage individualized care plans
• Educate and support patients and their families throughout the hospice journey
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure holistic patient care

• We use an in‑house EMR system called Homecare Homebase. Experience with this system is a plus but not required.
• We are open to training acute care RNs into hospice. However, candidates must be passionate about hospice care and work well within a team environment.
