Mirae is a new modern Asian fusion concept blending flavors and techniques from across Asia. We are seeking a motivated and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in Brookhaven, GA.
Responsibilities- Lead the culinary direction and oversee daily kitchen operations at Mirae.
- Refine execution, improve systems, mentor the team, and bring a chef-driven perspective to the culinary program.
- Collaborate with ownership/creative teams on menu development.
- 5+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience (preferably in fine dining or high-volume upscale environments)
- Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire a kitchen team
- Strong understanding of cost control, inventory management, and kitchen operations
- Exceptional palate and attention to presentation, flavor balance, and consistency
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
