Mirae is a new modern Asian fusion concept blending flavors and techniques from across Asia. We are hiring a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager to help lead our opening front-of-house team in Brookhaven, GA. This is a unique opportunity to join a restaurant at launch and play a key leadership role in shaping its service culture, daily operations, and guest experience. You will work closely with Leadership and the culinary team to ensure Mirae opens and operates with excellence from day one.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in building and leading Mirae’s opening front-of-house team
• Oversee daily operations and uphold service standards
• Support onboarding, training, and coaching of FOH staff
• Lead by example during service, ensuring smooth pacing and a high level of hospitality
• Act as point-of-contact for guest issues or special requests
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen to ensure communication and service timing
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory, and ordering
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional FOH environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in a high-standard, full-service restaurant is required.
• Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills
• Strong understanding of guest service, service flow, and FOH operations
• Ability to lead calmly under pressure in a professional and supportive way
• Working knowledge of POS systems, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Serv Safe or similar food safety certification is required.
