Culinary Team Member - Prep & Line

Mirae is a new modern Asian fusion concept blending bold flavors and techniques from across Asia. We’re currently hiring a Culinary Team Member – Prep & Line to join our back-of-house team in Brookhaven, GA.

This is a full-time, on-site position in the kitchen. Must be able to commute to Brookhaven, GA.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about food, with formal culinary training and certification. This role involves both daily prep responsibilities and working the line during service
, requiring strong technical skills, consistency, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Execute mise en place and station prep according to recipes and standards.
• Cook and plate dishes with precision during service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area at all times.
• Follow proper food safety and handling procedures.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and smooth service.
• Support opening and closing duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Culinary certification from an accredited program is preferred.
• Previous experience in a professional high-standard kitchen is preferred
• Strong knife skills and understanding of fundamental cooking techniques.
• Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
