20 Brookhaven is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and drive studio growth. At BODY
20 Brookhaven, we have transformed lives through 20‑minute, technology‑based personal training sessions

• Competitive base salary of $50,000‑$60,000 based on experience + commission + bonus (uncapped earning potential)

• Lead studio sales efforts, including lead generation, follow‑ups, and closing memberships
• Manage and mentor sales team to hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Develop and implement local marketing and outreach strategies
• Oversee the entire membership sales pipeline from prospect to onboarding
• Become BODY
  20 EMS certified to coach members as needed
• Represent the BODY
  20 brand with passion and professionalism
• Collaborate closely with the Studio Owners and Head Coach to maintain a high-performance, high-energy environment

• Demonstrated success in sales, ideally within the fitness and/or wellness industries.
• Strong leadership and team‑building skills
• Experience coordinating and leading marketing events
• Performance driven, hate to lose mindset
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable with CRM, email marketing, and other technologies.
• Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Organic Social Media Marketing on Meta
