Rivercity Insurance & Financial Services is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to build strong client relationships and make a meaningful impact in people’s lives. The role offers flexibility with full‑time or part‑time hours, and a focus on high performance without cold calling.

  Annual bonus and commission
• Commission-based (1099)

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify clients' insurance needs.
• Present and explain insurance policies to prospective clients.
• Thrive in a lead-driven environment with no cold calling.

• Self‑motivated individuals with a results‑driven mindset.
• Strong time‑management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Must Implement ancillary skills & have at least 18 years of age.
• Commission-based compensation (1099) eligibility.
