Spiritual Counselor/Chaplain (PRN) - Hospice
We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic spiritual counselor to join our hospice team. In this role, you will provide spiritual and emotional support to patients and their families, as well as to members of the hospice care team.
Responsibilities- Offer guidance and presence throughout the end-of-life journey.
- Assist families at the time of the patient’s passing.
- Continue to provide bereavement support during the grieving process.
- Master of Divinity or equivalent advanced degree.
- Clinical Pastoral Education.
- Ordination or Endorsement/Certification.
