As an Assistant Market Manager, you will serve as the second-in-command of the market, supporting the Market Manager in the operations, sales, and services of the retail store(s) within your assigned area. You will assume full responsibility for the market in the absence or at the direction of the Market Manager, ensuring store performance, customer experience, and employee development remain at the highest level.

This role plays a pivotal part in driving revenue, ensuring compliance, managing operations, and delivering unbeatable customer experiences.
** Responsibilities:
**** What You Will Do
** In all of your duties, you will have a relentless, obsessive, yet disciplined approach to manage all details to perfection and deliver desired results.
• Serve as the market owner in the absence or at the direction of the Market Manager, providing leadership and oversight for all retail operations.

• Assist the Market Manager in leading the sales team to achieve or exceed gross, deactivation, and net sales goals.

• Cross-train and develop the skills of staff, including succession planning; support hiring, training, and performance feedback processes.

• Ensure all customers are helped in a timely manner by using the “all hands on deck” approach and other methods to meet wait time goals.

• Monitor compliance with corporate policies and procedures, ensuring markets meet or exceed Retail Audit performance standards.

• Oversee market inventory processes, ensuring stores remain stocked, organized, and compliant at all times.

• Optimize the customer experience by managing employee scheduling, attendance, and overtime, including management of the Kronos timekeeping system.

• Take full responsibility for all back-office operations of the retail store to ensure daily and long-term goals are achieved.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Demonstrated ability to lead a sales team and manage store performance while maintaining a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior management experience.
