Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Oregon.
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Preferably, at least six months of experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment, though qualified new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Passionate about helping residents regain mobility and independence.

Scheduled for 40 hours, 35 hours/week guaranteed.
