Millwright

We are seeking a highly skilled Millwright to join our Maintenance Department and help ensure the smooth operation of our facility. Maintenance Supervisor

• Minimum 4 years of industrial millwright experience or comparable training in wood products manufacturing (preferred).
• Proficient in welding, cutting, troubleshooting, and machinery operation
  .
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems, equipment, and facility infrastructure.
• Work with hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems to ensure operational efficiency.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues quickly to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventative maintenance and keep detailed records of repairs.
• Weld, fabricate, and modify equipment as needed.
• Operate machinery when necessary for troubleshooting and testing
  .
• Maintain clear communication with maintenance, production, and management personnel to achieve company goals.
• Must be able to work any shift (day, swing, graveyard, or relief) as needed in the department.
• Must be able to work overtime, including nights, weekends, and holidays, when required.

• Ability to work in extreme temperatures, dusty and noisy conditions, heights, and confined spaces

• Comfortable lifting 2-50 lbs regularly
  , climbing ladders, and standing for 10-13 hours per shift

• Comfortable standing for extended periods.
