Job Duties

As a Nonconformance (NC) Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. You will make an impact by:

  • Administering PLM document control systems within Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • Investigating and dispositioning of nonconforming or suspected nonconforming materials
  • Being future state integration owner between SAP and QMS systems
  • Converting experimental materials into saleable goods
  • Adding or removing material holds to support new product introductions and material changes
  • Training new users on QMS systems
  • Leading Quality Tier 1 meetings
  • Troubleshooting and supporting IT systems for QMS system
Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED or higher AND one (1) year of experience working in a regulated Quality role

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to train others in a variety of learning styles
  • Ability to manage multiple projects or processes
  • Friendly and approachable
  • Clear understanding of requirements and ability to consistently enforce

The expected compensation range for this position is $60,435 - $78,210, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
