As a Registered Nurse in our Long-Term Care/Senior Living facility, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to our residents. Our LTC/SNF provides a supportive and compassionate environment where seniors can thrive, and we‘re looking for a dedicated and passionate RN to join our team.

Required Skills:

• Current RN licensure in the state of South Dakota
• 1+ year of experience in LTC/SNF or related field
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with gerontological nursing principles
• Knowledge of medical-surgical nursing
• BLS certification
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs)

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor‘s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• 2+ years of experience in LTC/SNF or related field

Other Requirements:

• Travel requirements: up to 13 weeks, with varying shifts (3x12‘s nights)
• Local pay rate: $34/hour, with opportunities for overtime
• Travel pay rates: $23/hour, $40/hour, and $1200/week
