We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Office Support Generalist to support office operations at our satellite office in Brookings, SD. This role ensures seamless coordination between clients and interpreters, accurate timesheet management, and smooth daily operations.

• Schedule and coordinate interpreters for client interpretation requests.
• Communicate with clients to identify needs and match qualified interpreters.
• Confirm interpreter availability and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Maintain accurate records of assignments, interpreter availability, and client preferences.
• Provide timely and professional communication to clients and interpreters.
• Audit and prepare contractor timesheets to ensure billing and payment accuracy.
• Assist in onboarding new interpreters and maintaining compliance documentation.
• Perform additional office duties as needed and assigned.
