Key Responsibilities- Lead and inspire the Resource Development team, setting a visionary direction for future fundraising initiatives.
- Drive strategies for major gifts, planned giving, corporate partnerships, and annual campaigns.
- Identify and pursue grant opportunities while ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.
- Report progress to the CEO and Board, manage donor records, and ensure reconciliation with the Finance Department.
- Collaborate with the CEO, Board of Directors, and Advisory Councils to shape the organization’s future.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven success in fundraising, including major gifts, annual campaigns, and grant writing.
- Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong leadership experience managing a high‑performing team.
- Passion for our mission and commitment to driving positive change.
- Willingness to travel and engage with communities frequently.
