Starting Pay: $21.61/hour + Shift Differentials
RoleSolventum is seeking Production Packer candidates to join our team in Brookings, SD. Solventum is a new healthcare company with a long legacy of solving big challenges that improve lives and help healthcare professionals perform at their best.
Responsibilities- Maintaining an appropriate productivity target as determined through machine rates
- Performing tests at a high quality of standards set by quality specifications
- Supporting the team when packing out finished or semi-finished products
- Ensuring you own safety by following all related policies
- Communicating effectively in English (spoken and written)
- High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start)
- Ability to work 8, 10, or 12 hour shifts depending on shift availability
- Ability to work overtime, weekends or holidays as needed
