Base Pay Range

$90,525.00/yr - $/yr

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

• Lead and support investigations and projects to address root causes of nonconformances.
• Participate in rebranding activities at the plant.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Serve as a critical team member in service execution.
• Work with supplier quality and vendors to ensure conforming input material is delivered to the manufacturing lines.

Your Skills And Expertise

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
• OR High School Diploma/GED AND four (4) years of quality manufacturing experience

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Microbiology (completed and verified prior to start)
• Experience in microbiology lab/setting
• Experience working in a manufacturing facility
• Proficiency in written and oral communication skills
• Root cause investigation and CAPA experience
• Team and/or project leadership experience
• Skills including organization, resilience, collaboration, and curiosity

• Onsite:
  Brookings, SD

Travel

May include up to 5% domestic travel.
