Major Responsibilities Include:
- Requires attention to detail, good communication skills, teamwork.
- Commitment to all Applebee's standards.
- Need to have a combination of speed and stamina.
- Ability to work under pressure and with others under pressure.
- Ability to do some heavy lifting and work in hot conditions.
- Ensure all food procedures are followed per Applebee's specifications.
- Coordinate food service with other departments as necessary.
- Follow all State & Applebee's sanitation guidelines.
- Become familiar with new menu items/dishes.
