This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Sales Account Manager located in Brookings, SD. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing outstanding customer service, and generating new leads. The role involves maintaining strong communication with clients, building and nurturing relationships, and working closely with the internal team to meet client needs.
Qualifications- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Account Management and Lead Generation experience
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Previous experience in the industrial metal fabrication industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
