RW Fencing is seeking two motivated and dependable Fence Installers to join our growing Field Operations team. • Install fences, railings, and gates on residential and commercial properties with accuracy and care.
• Interpret and follow project blueprints and specifications.
• Use hand and power tools (e.g., drills, saws, levels, tape measures) safely and efficiently.
• Ensure fence posts are plumb and lines are level.
• Diagnose and perform fence repairs including posts, panels, gates, and hardware.
• Follow written and verbal instructions from leads and supervisors.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Transport tools and materials to job sites (must be able to lift up to 60 lbs).
• Drive company vehicles and tow/back trailers as needed.
• Maintain a dependable, professional, and teachable attitude on every job.

• 2+ years of experience preferred in trades such as fencing, carpentry, framing, roofing, landscaping, or similar.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to read a tape measure and use hand/power tools confidently.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt depending on the project needs.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well both independently and in a team.
