RW Fencing is hiring a skilled and motivated Fence Foreman to lead installation crews in the field. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with trade experience and the ability to guide a team through efficient, high-quality fencing installations. You'll set the pace, uphold quality standards, and ensure safety and professionalism on every job site. Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of fence installers on residential and commercial projects.
• Ensure accurate and efficient installation of fences, gates, and railings according to blueprints and specs.
• Train and mentor crew members in safety practices, installation techniques, and tool use.
• Drive company trucks and trailers to job sites and ensure all materials and equipment are properly secured.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively, including drills, saws, and measuring tools.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
• Perform quality checks throughout the installation process to ensure structural integrity and visual appeal.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and clients to ensure project expectations are met.
• Diagnose and complete fence repairs as needed.
• Follow and enforce all company policies and safety procedures on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of fencing or comparable trade experience (carpentry, framing, roofing, etc.).
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and manage field crews.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required).
• Must be able to confidently drive, tow, and back trailers.
• Experience reading tape measures and construction blueprints.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Dependable, organized, and teachable with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

• Some Fridays may be required depending on project load.
