The Civi Group has partnered with a successful WBE family-owned general contractor and construction management firm in Boston on their search for a Lead Superintendent to work on medium to large scale construction projects.

The Lead Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the construction processes of medium to large-scale projects across multiple sectors. This role focuses on the execution and delivery of construction plans, ensuring that all phases of the project are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Compensation:

Salary:
Up to approximately $150K based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of construction sites, ensuring projects adhere to timelines, specifications, and budgets.
• Collaborate with project managers and other key personnel to develop and refine project strategies.
• Manage site staff and subcontractors, promoting a safe, efficient, and quality-driven work environment.
• Conduct site meetings and provide reports to senior management on project progress and challenges.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and client requirements.
• Facilitate communications between project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers.

Skills &

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or any related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a superintendent role within the construction industry, preferably in commercial or institutional projects.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage complex construction projects.
• Knowledge of construction software for project management, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Valid drivers license and ability to travel to various project sites as needed.
