Received the Boston Top Dentists Award 5 years in a row! We are a busy, well-established pediatric dental office seeking a full-time Pediatric Dentist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced clinicians and new graduates looking for strong mentorship, advanced technology, and a supportive long-term team.

Compensation & Schedule

• $1,500 per diem

• Monday–Friday

• Full-time position

• High-volume practice

• FFS / PPO only – no Medicaid

Technology & Clinical Support

• Exceptional training and mentorship (new grads welcome)

• Technology-driven practice featuring:

  • Two CBCT units

  • Laser dentistry

  • Digital scanning

  • AI-supported diagnostics including Videa AI

Requirements

• DDS or DMD

• Board certified or board eligible in pediatric dentistry

• Strong clinical skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude

• Comfortable in a high-volume environment or eager to learn
