As an Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Lens Crafters (Luxottica), you will work within the practice of a Lens Crafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor. You will provide high quality optometric care to patients. The terms of practice, pay, and hours are negotiated directly with the Subleasing Doctor. Benefits include:
