What You’ll Do

• Lead soccer sessions for children ages 2–8 (set up, coach, and break down classes)
• Deliver our expertly designed curriculum focused on skill and character development
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for every child
• Communicate clearly and kindly with parents, caregivers, and teachers
• Manage equipment and class attendance for groups of up to 15 children

• People who love working with kids and making them smile
• Reliable, responsible individuals ready to commit
• Energetic, outgoing leaders comfortable managing small groups
• Able to actively demonstrate soccer skills (run, squat, show drills)
• Have reliable transportation (own car) and are willing to pass background checks
• Hold at least a high school diploma and are eligible to work in the U.S.

• Fitness instructors and active semi-retired individuals
• Anyone passionate about staying active and making a difference in children’s lives

• Trial Period (4 days): Observe and assist coaching sessions — $20 per session
• Training Week (5 days): Work alongside staff coaches, complete online training, background check — $20 per session

  • 2nd season — $28 per session
  • 3rd season and beyond — $30 per session
• Flexible schedule based on your availability
• Sessions run Monday through Sunday:
  • Weekdays: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (typically 2–3 hours per shift)
  • Weekends: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
