We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team at Iris Spa in Brookline. As an Esthetician, you will provide a range of beauty treatments and services to our clients, helping them look and feel their best.

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments, including facials.
• Conduct thorough skin consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments
• Educate clients on skincare routines and products to maintain healthy skin
• Perform retail sales of skincare products and provide product demos to clients
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service

• Valid esthetician license in Massachusetts
• Proven experience in performing a wide range of esthetic treatments
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, techniques, and industry trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients
• Proficient in retail sales and product demonstrations
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
