We are seeking Home Care Workers, SHCA's, CNA's/HHA's, PCH's, and Supportive Home Care Aides (both tracks with training documentation) to serve our Alston/Brighton client base specifically.

Elder Achievers In Home Care & Assistance, a Boston-based elder and human services provider, is expanding our workforce.

Applicants must provide references, pass CORI and DPH Registry checks, present a picture , certifications and registrations, a recent physical exam, a PPD/immunization record (less than a year old), and documentation of right to work (I-9).

A dependable insured vehicle with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record is desirable.

We highly value bilingual abilities, as multiple language skills are often needed to communicate effectively with clients.

Experience operating equipment like Hoyers is a plus. Applicants should be adaptable and comfortable around pets.

Experience in specialties such as Alzheimer's/Dementia Care, LGBT Health Care, Incontinence Care & Prevention, Advocacy, Human Services/Behavioral Health/Mental Health, and Respite Care is advantageous.

• Provide compassionate caregiving and support to clients in their homes, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Observe and report changes in clients' conditions to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment, including light housekeeping tasks.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to create and implement care plans.
• Utilize first aid skills when necessary and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Preferred)

Ability to commute to Brighton, MA 02135 is required. Relocation to Brighton before starting work is preferred.
