Role OverviewAs a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you’ll be part of a team that values work‑life balance and prioritizes your personal and professional growth. The role requires an ambitious, operationally‑focused and results‑driven leader who will directly impact patient care as the trusted front‑line leader in an outpatient clinic setting. Health‑care experience is not required.

- Lead a cross‑functional clinical team to deliver best outcomes.
- Financial management: manage clinic operations, adhere to budget, forecast expenses, manage vendor relationships, order supplies, monitor compliance.
- Autonomy: run your clinic with support from director, regional peers, and company resources.
- Culture and growth: reinforce shared values and reward behaviors.
- Partner with Regional Operations Director to address employee and patient concerns.
- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional clinical team.
- Manage clinic operations, including budgeting, forecasting, vendor relationships, supply ordering and compliance.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and patient outcomes.
- Collaborate daily with clinical and financial teams to align with business needs.
- Support continuous organizational learning and entrepreneurial initiatives.
- Associate’s degree required;
Bachelor’s degree in related area strongly preferred. - One year of management experience (healthcare, business, military) or equivalent renal experience.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment.
- Current CPR certification required (or obtain within 60 days of hire).
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with clinical and financial teams.
