Required Qualifications- Must wear seat belt when driving.
- Maintain professional appearance at all times.
- Comply with all safety rules and regulations.
- Comply with Position Responsibilities.
- Keep transportation vehicle in a clean and tidy condition.
- Familiar with the Boston, Massachusetts geography.
- Must be professional, proactive, collaborative, conscientious and results‑oriented.
- Must be motivated to learn and flexible to change.
- Must have an optimistic and positive demeanor, excellent oral and written communication skills, good intuition and able to adapt to changing priorities and display good, sound judgment with a sense of humor.
- Demonstrate competencies for safe patient handling practices.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must have a Massachusetts Driver’s License with ability to operate vehicles.
- Must be able to read, write and understand the English Language.
- 3 years experience in related work.
- Obtain BLS, EMT, or First Responder certification within 90 days.
- Demonstrated ability to think clearly during emergency situations.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work relatively unsupervised and make independent decisions.
- Computer literacy required; experience with Windows, Word, Excel.
