Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced Home Health Aides or CNAs for the Brookline area to assist our client in need of support and companionship.

• Weekends and Weekdays – Weekend availability is a PLUS!
• Morning shifts: typically 3‑4 hour shifts (e.g., 8am‑12pm, 9am‑12pm, 9am‑1pm, or 10am‑2pm)
• Day shifts: e.g., 9am‑3pm, 12pm‑5pm (client dictated)
• These would be permanent hours.

• Boston, MA

• Assist with activities of living and personal care
• Assist with light housekeeping
• Encourage walking and exercise per care plan
• Provide stimulating conversation
• Encourage fluid intake; possible meal prep per orders/care plan
• Competently document shift activities frequently, digitally using a smartphone
• Report concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner

• Home Health Aide Certification or CNA Certification
• At least 2 years experience with your certification
• Kind, compassionate, reliable, and skilled HHA/CNA
• Experience working with Parkinson's disease
• Experience working with Dementia
• Clean driving record; ability to pass a CORI check
• Current TB test, Quanti
  
  FERON Gold Test, or X‑ray
• Dementia care experience
• Proficient English communication (speak, read, write)
• Must own a cell phone
