School-Based Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionist for the 2026/2027 School Year

Pay & Schedule

• $500 Sign-On Bonus
• Compensation starting at $24.00
• Part-time role
• School day hours: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM availability required

Basic Requirements

High School Diploma Only + Below Items Preferred:

• At least one completed college course
• Currently enrolled in college
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license & insurance
• Passion for working with children (experience a plus!)
• Bilingual skills are a bonus
• Physical requirements:
  
  Active role including standing, bending, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children

What You’ll Do

• Work 1:1 with students in a school-based setting using ABA (we train you!)
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills
• Be part of a team that loves the climb, showing up each day to support meaningful progress
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and supervisors to support consistent progress
