House of Hearts ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians (BT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home and school settings across Massachusetts. You will work with BCBAs on individualized treatment plans and help with communication, social skills, independence, and emotional regulation.
RBT certification is optional with in-house support; training, mentorship, and clinical guidance are provided. Pay ranges from $25–$28/hour as BT and $28–$33/hour after RBT, with opportunities for career
