Shift: Must be able to work 2nd and 3rd shift  2nd Shift : 3:00PM - 11:30PM  3rd

While reporting to the supervisor, this position will be primarily responsible for performing packaging, housekeeping, and product/process inspection duties in a safe as well as efficient manner.
** What You’ll Be Doing:
*** Performs visual inspection of product & processes.
* Cleans work area and machinery.
* Packages and palletizes finished product
* Operates forklift during routine performance of duties.
* Performs paperwork and record keeping duties as required under the direction of management.
* Communicates pertinent information to fellow employees as needed.
* Performs or assists in maintaining production equipment as needed.
* Assists with providing on the job training to employees as needed.
* Responsible for replenishing supplies and materials for assigned area.
* Relieves other employees for breaks as directed.
* Initiates, reviews, and follows all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for area of responsibility.
* Assures and maintains safe and healthful working conditions while enforcing safety rules and regulations.
* Supports and follows guidelines pertaining to plant and customer specific food safety systems, food culture, and FDA Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA)

*** You can perform work under minimal supervision
* Broad training in a related field usually acquired through high school education, General Education Development (GED), or through equivalent work experience
* At least 1 year experience in manufacturing
