Wellness Nurse (LPN, RN)

Shifts:

Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Resident Care Director in managing, directing, and developing a comprehensive care program for all residents.
  • Assist with training and managing Resident Care Associates (CNA, HHA).
  • Serve as liaison with family members, community agencies, physicians, and other care providers.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid MA license.
  • 1+ years experience working with elderly and/or Alzheimer's populations.
  • Physical requirements:

    ability to stand, sit, bend, and transfer residents with and without assistance.
  • Strong communication skills with residents, families, and physicians.
  • Punctuality and reliability.
