Education:

* Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts,
* Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) is required for Newly licensed nurses.

Experience:

* 1. Three years recent (within 5 years) Ambulatory nursing care experience (Surgical/Procedural and ED excluded) required.
* 2. One year nursing experience in Primary Care required.
* 3. Telephone triage experience and proficiency required.
