Position Summary/
Department Summary:
Nurse Practitioner, Pediatric Headache Program, Department of Anesthesia, Division of Pain Medicine
Key Responsibilities:
- Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary team to provide care to children, adolescents and young adults with headaches and migraines
- Accountability for care of patients with headaches and migraines including Injections, follow up appoints and phone triage
- Working 10-hour days Monday through Fridays.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
- A master’s degree in nursing
- 3-5 years’ experience in a pediatric setting, ideally with a pediatric intensive care background
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Meticulous attention to detail; strong verbal and written communication skills, and superb collaborative skills
Certifications:
- A current MA NP license:
Pediatric or Family Nurse Practitioner - BLS and PALS certification
** Sign-on bonus of $5,000.00 for full-time (40 hours) APP hires (who have not worked at BCH in the past 2 years.)**

The posted pay range is Boston Children’s reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.
Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
