HRI Hospital is seeking a skilled Nursing Supervisor to pick up available shifts. Available shifts include weekday evenings (3-11:30pm) and weekend (Saturday & Sunday, 7a-7p or 7p-7a).

HRI Hospital is a 66-bed psychiatric facility with adult inpatient services and several partial hospitalization programs. • Provide nursing leadership in managing the operations of the hospital
• Collaborate with nursing management to provide clinical leadership as well as cohesive and consistent nursing plans for 24/7 operations
• Manage staff and hospital census to ensure clinically sound care
• Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment
• Provide milieu management

• Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Minimum of 1 year of managerial or supervisory nursing experience in an inpatient behavioral health facility
