Full Time Nursing Supervisor – Evenings (3pm‑11pm)

HRI Hospital, a 66‑bed psychiatric facility in Brookline, MA, is seeking an experienced inpatient behavioral health Nursing Supervisor to work full time, Monday–Friday, on the evening shift.

The role will provide nursing leadership and manage hospital operations, collaborating with nursing management to deliver consistent nursing plans for 24/7 operations, manage staff and census, ensure a safe therapeutic environment, and provide milieu management.

• Provide nursing leadership in managing the operations of the hospital
• Collaborate with nursing management to provide clinical leadership as well as cohesive and consistent nursing plans for 24/7 operations

• Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Minimum 1 year of prior experience as a Nursing/House Supervisor at a behavioral health facility
