Option Care Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or an alternate infusion suite. You will work under supervision to ensure patient safety and continuity of care under a physician’s plan.
You will assess patient needs during visits, educate patients and families, and maintain timely documentation for billing and care coordination. A licensed RN with CPR certification is required, and supervision of others may be involved.
