All-at-Home Health Care is seeking an RN Field Nurse
- Home Health/Hospice with OASIS knowledge to make skilled visits across the Boston and Brookline area. You must have a car or reliable transportation to visit patients for 5-10 hours a week.
Responsibilities include initial assessments, comprehensive physicals, OASIS, plan of care development, discharge planning, and case management as assigned by Clinical Supervisor.
