- CUSTOMER FOCUS:
- Consistently to provide exceptional guest service and enthusiastically create an unforgettable experience through personal interactions with our guests.
- GOLDFISH BRAND AMBASSADOR and PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE:
- Become knowledgeable of the Goldfish Swim School Brand and able to persuade and influence action from the customers by understanding their needs and articulating product benefits.
- RESPONSIBILITY FOR BUSINESS RESULTS:
- Contribute to the success of the store by driving specific business metrics
- FRIENDSHIP and
COLLABORATION:- Build friendships based on collaboration, integrity, compassion, and trust to create a great place to work that is reflected by the exceptional guest service.
- INITIATIVE and JUDGEMENT:
- Participate and/or initiate special duties and projects to enhance operational efficiency and improve the guests’ experience.
- Must be at least 18 years of age with authorization to work in the U.S.
- Must have the ability to move swiftly throughout crowded facility during peak hours
- Must have the capability to positively engage customer at a high-volume store with a diverse customer base
- Available to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business including mornings, evenings, weekends, and call-in shifts (if permitted)
- No retail experience is required, is preferred.
