Business Systems & Data Analyst Join MTI and Drive Digital Transformation
MTI is seeking a highly motivated Business Systems & Data Analyst to support and enhance our core business systems while helping drive data, reporting, automation, and AI initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for a technology-focused professional who enjoys solving business challenges, optimizing processes, and delivering impactful solutions through data and automation.
What You’ll Do- Support and optimize ERP, CRM, and business applications, including Infor CSD, ISM, BIRST, and Salesforce.
- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure reliable day-to-day operations.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and business insights using Power BI.
- Design and implement workflow automation using Power Automate, Infor RPA, and AI tools.
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Support data-driven decision-making through analytics and reporting.
- Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies to improve business performance.
- Serve as a trusted advisor between business teams and technology solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
- 6+ years of experience supporting business systems, data analytics, and process automation.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Experience supporting ERP platforms, preferably Infor CSD, ISM, and BIRST.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Proficiency in Power BI for reporting, dashboard development, and business analytics.
- Experience with workflow automation tools including Power Automate and Infor RPA.
- Exposure to AI-enabled business solutions, including Infor GenAI, LLMs, and agent-based technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting, systems integration, and business process improvement capabilities.
- Ability to develop and maintain dashboards, workflows, and scalable business solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with both technical and business teams.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for leveraging technology, automation, and AI to drive business results.
