Operational Program Director / 245D Designated Manager (Up to $5,000 sign‑on bonus)

Job DescriptionThe Operational Program Director (OPD) leads and coordinates overall programs that support persons with , DD, mental health diagnoses, medical needs, or on the autism spectrum. This role combines direct care with supervisory duties.
HoursTypical business hours are full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The OPD is on call from 8 a.m. Monday to 5 p.m. Friday for staff and coordinators across four to five programs, and is on call for 15–30 sites from Friday 5 p.m. to Monday 8 a.m. roughly every 3–6 weeks. Holidays are shared equally among the on‑call group.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science or related field is preferred. Candidates must hold a Designated Manager status per 245D licensing requirements in MN (https://(Use the "Apply for this Job" box below).).
- Three years’ experience supervising staff in the human service field per 245D Designated Manager qualifications.
- Valid United States Driver’s License and acceptable motor vehicle background check per Dungarvin, Inc’s policy.
- Valid liability vehicle insurance with reliable transportation.
- Ability to complete personal cares and lift/transfer individuals.
- Ability to transport persons served in the community.
- Strong decision‑making, time management, communication skills, and flexibility.
- Minimum age 18; some programs require age 21 per MN child foster care licensing requirements.
- Starting Salary $65,000.00 – $66,787.50 annually (based on experience).
