Job SummaryThe Volleyball Coach leads the school’s volleyball program by fostering skill development, teamwork, and positive character among players. The coach is responsible for planning practices, supervising competitions, and building a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities- Create structured practice sessions that develop fundamental volleyball skills and strategies.
- Supervise all matches, scrimmages, and tournaments.
- Encourage teamwork, resilience, and sportsmanship.
- Communicate with families, athletic directors, and school leadership.
- Ensure safety and inclusion for all participants.
- Track player attendance, progress, and equipment needs.
- Prior volleyball coaching or playing experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Dedication to supporting student-athletes’ growth and academic success.
This position receives a stipend in alignment with NMA’s coach and advisory stipend schedule.
