• Apply the principles of one‑on‑one ABA therapy to help children with Autism reach their full potential by reading treatment plans, implementing treatment and collecting data, writing insurance notes, and implementing supervisor feedback.
• Support the development of children in early childhood (ages 18 months to 8 years) through engaging therapeutic activities.
• Collaborate with a team to optimize treatment, safety, and a positive working experience throughout the center.
• Engage with children through play, movement, and imitation, keeping up with their energy and enthusiasm.
• Effectively and positively communicate with stakeholders (peers, families, supervisors) to coordinate activities, celebrate successes, and advocate for personal needs.

• Lift and move with children in a fast paced environment, including ability to lift up to 30 lbs, bend over, and run to stay engaged.
• Maintain a tidy, organized, and stimulating play space conducive to therapy.
• Multitask and assess prioritization and safety for all parties.
• Support teams by working cohesively as a center, neighborhood, and region, including travel to nearby centers when assigned.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.

Complete the RBT certification process within 20 days of employment by passing a 40‑hour training curriculum, hands‑on competency assessment, registering for an exam, and passing the board's exam.

• Associate/High School: $20.00–$24.00
• Bachelors: $20.00–$25.50
• Masters: $20.00–$28.00

Experience in childcare, mental health support, camp counseling, or related fields is a plus.
